I created this checklist because I found myself feeling really uneasy about graduating students who pay thousands for a permanent make-up course when they had no idea about the steps that followed. 

Now, let’s get real for a hot minute! Most students who sign up for a PMU course probably didn’t even consider what career options were available or the level of investment it takes to get such a business off the ground.

It’s easy for students to lose traction and drop off because building a business wasn’t really what you signed up for - or just seemed too hard.

And there it is!! Another statistic who most likely assumed starting a new career was as easy as waving a magic wand!

It’s true! This happens all the time which leads to a high unsuccessful rate for me as a trainer - your success is MY success. So I am here to change that!

Unlike most beauty-driven individuals, I had a set of very specific skills that set me apart. I used to create start-ups for a living... More than 15 years of creating and selling a small business start ups for those who needed an out-of-the-box business solution. So I can confidently say I know what I’m doing. I also created one of Australia’s largest event management agencies that went national after 8 years, employed over 50 women and sold for half a million back in 2014. I have the advantage of these crucial customer relation and scheduling skills,  IT Marketing, SEO, programming, web development and merchandising to create a beautiful fusion between THAT and the PMU world. And that is my point of difference.

So I’m here to keep you on track to ensure you are one of the successful ones because I’m a firm believer that having a mentor is pivotal and life-changing. 

This is the area that most wannabe entrepreneurs fall off. They either run themselves dry working silly hours or run out of money trying to implement everything themselves with no real understanding of the process or their end goal. Essentially taking a stab in the dark every single time. They give up on essential income-building activities and avoid implementing automation and systems that would have relieved their time if they just focused on the right tasks. Eventually, they enter the TRAP! - I see artists dropping prices as a last resort hoping that this “great deal” will magically keep them afloat. 

Getting people to buy is not the objective of a business, making money is and lowering the price is a one-way road to destruction for most. Eventually, they wind up back in the rat race applying for that mediocre job that is so unfulfilling and just as expected they give up like the other 90% because they didn’t realise learning tattoo meant starting a business. The investment laid out for the last brow course goes to waste. Back to square one only now $5500 in the red.

Now the difference between me and those that dropped off is that I don’t have “FAIL” in my vocabulary. I didn’t see a “FAIL” as a “FAIL”. I see it as a learning experience. I only speak about “WHAN” instead of “HOW” and I certainly put the hours in where most people would just watch TV.

You have to have a special kind of drive to be an entrepreneur to endure the many pitfalls. But once you have discovered the path it is such a beautiful ride. TRUST ME ITS WORTH IT!! I am the only person in my family who can work 2 and a half days and be paid 5 times their average income. 

In fact, iv made more mistakes than anyone has ever won! “If only I knew then what I know now” - But that is all hindsight!! But what if  I can use that knowledge to teach you how to learn from my mistakes? If I can get you from A-Z chronologically and eliminate time-wasting activities then realistically you should be able to be right beside me in half the time.

So getting back to it… This Ultimate Brow Biz Checklist will give you the smartest path to level up your brow biz. 

There are NO get-rich-quick solutions and if that is what you are after or what you are expecting from this then I’m sorry to say my friend you will continue to pivot and fail and pivot and fail at everything you do! …and that is a nasty and expensive spiral to be in.

So it’s 12 months pain for a lifetime gain!!
